ORDER
Before the Court are the following motions: HTC’s Motion to Compel Production of
Internal Communications and Documents withheld by Wi-LAN, Inc. on the Ground of AttorneyClient Privilege (Dkt. No. 240); Ericsson and Sony Mobile’s Motion to Compel Plaintiff to
Provide Discovery (Dkt. No. 255); Ericsson and Sony Mobile’s Motion for Leave to Supplement
Summary-Judgment Briefing (Dkt. No. 275); Defendants’ Motion for Leave to File Two Letter
Briefs Requesting Permission to File Certain Motions (Dkt. No. 277); Plaintiff’s Motion to
Strike Defendants’ Letter Briefs (Dkt. No. 288); Defendants’ Motion for Clarification of the
Construction of a Single Term in the Court’s Claim-Construction Order (Dkt. No. 305); and
HTC’s Motion to Sever (Dkt. No. 306). The Court hereby sets the aforementioned motions for
hearing on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 1:30 P.M.
The Court also sets the following briefing schedule for Defendants’ Motion for
Clarification of the Construction of a Single Term in the Court’s Claim-Construction Order (Dkt.
No. 305) and HTC’s Motion to Sever (Dkt. No. 306):
o Plaintiff’s Response is due on or before February 19, 2013 at 12:00 P.M.

o Defendants’ Reply is due on or before February 22, 2013 at 12:00 P.M.
o Plaintiff’s Sur-Reply is due on or before February 25, 2013 at 12:00 P.M.
In addition, the Court plan to discuss the upcoming April trial setting at the hearing.
Accordingly, the Parties are ORDERED to submit a proposed trial plan on or before February
25, 2013 at 12:00 P. M.
