JOINT NOTICE OF REVISED BRIEFING SCHEDULE FOR SUMMARY-JUDGMENT
BRIEFING ON PATENT AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION AGREEMENT
On February 25, 2013, Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc. (“Wi-LAN”) and Defendants
Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson, Ericsson Inc., Sony Mobile Communications AB, and Sony
Mobile Communications (USA) submitted a proposed briefing schedule for the supplemental
briefing on Ericsson and Sony Mobile’s motion for summary judgment. At the hearing on February
26th, the Court informed the parties that the briefing schedule was not acceptable because the Court
required the briefing to be complete not later that March 14, 2013. Accordingly, the parties submit
the following revised proposed briefing schedule:
•
Ericsson and Sony Mobile’s supplemental briefing on their motions for summary
judgment shall be deemed served on February 26, 2013;
•
Wi-LAN’s response to the supplemental briefing shall be due March 5, 2013;
•
Wi-LAN shall present its witness (Andrew Parolin) on Topics 13-16 of Ericsson
and Sony Mobile’s Rule 30(b)(6) Notice to be deposed on March 7, 2013;
•
Ericsson and Sony Mobile’s Reply shall be due March 11, 2013; and
•
Wi-LAN’s Sur-Reply shall be due March 14, 2013.
