In accordance with the Court’s Order during the February 26, 2013 hearing in the abovecaptioned matter, the parties have agreed to the following Daubert briefing schedule for issues
related to Wi-LAN’s expert Mr. John C. Jarosz:

Defendants’ opening brief in support of their Daubert motion shall be due March
2, 2013;

Wi-LAN’s response to Defendants’ opening brief shall be due March 9, 2013;

Defendants’ Reply shall be due March 11, 2013;
