ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND THE
DEADLINE TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTS FOR IN CAMERA INSPECTION
Before the Court is Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion to Extend the Deadline to
Produce Documents for In Camera Inspection. Having considered the motion, and that it
is unopposed, the Court finds that it should be GRANTED. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that the deadline for Plaintiff to submit the 80 documents identified by HTC
for in camera inspection, along with Plaintiff’s assertions of privilege and accompanying
affidavits, is extended to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2013.
