JOINT NOTICE REGARDING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT OF
INVALIDITY BRIEFING SCHEDULE
The parties hereby give notice, subject to Court approval, of agreement to a briefing
schedule consistent with the Court’s order permitting Defendants to file a motion for summary
judgment regarding invalidity (ECF No. 340) with briefing to be completed by March 14, 2013.
Specifically, the parties have agreed that Defendants’ motion will be filed by March 8, 2013.
Plaintiff’s opposition will be filed by March 14, 2013. Absent permission from the Court, no
reply or sur-reply will be filed.1
