Plaintiff bases these estimates on its proposed trial plan (ECF No. 327). Accordingly,
these estimates account for a single, consolidated jury trial of all defendants addressing the issues
of patent infringement, validity, and damages. These estimates do not account for the trial of any
contract issues between Wi-LAN, Ericsson and Sony Mobile currently before the Court on crossmotions for summary judgment.
