Before the Court is Defendants’ Opposed Motion for Expedited Briefing Schedule on
Motion to Enforce Compliance with the Court’s Order of March 14, 2013 (Case No. 610-cv-521,
Dkt. No. 389, Case No. 613-cv-252, Dkt. No. 377). The Court GRANTS Defendants’ request
and sets the briefing schedule as follows:

Wi-LAN’s Sur-Reply – May 6, 2013
Further, Defendants’ Motion to Enforce Compliance with the Court’s Order of March 14,
