EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO THE ERICSSON AND SONY
MOBILE DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION
Before the Court is Plaintiff’s Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to
Respond to the Ericsson and Sony Mobile Defendants’ Motion for Clarification (Dkt. no.
433). Having considered the matter, the Court GRANTS IN PART the motion and
extends the deadline for Wi-LAN to respond to Defendants’ Motion (Dkt. No. 413)
through and including July 19, 2013.
