Jarosz (Docket No. 435). The Court heard arguments regarding the motion on July 9, 2013, the second day of trial. As stated at the hearing, the Court GRANTS the Motion IN PART and strikes the portion of Mr. Jarosz’s report that apportions the worlwide portfolio licenses by using Wi-Lan’s U.S. vs. non-U.S. litigation expenses.
