ORDER
Before the Court is Alcatel-Lucent’s Unopposed Motion for Withdrawal of Ryan P. Kane
as Counsel and Termination of Electronic Notices for Him. The Court concludes that the Motion
is GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED and Ryan P. Kane is hereby
withdrawn as counsel for Alcatel-Lucent.
It is further ORDERED that ECF notifications for Ryan P. Kane shall be terminated in
this action.
