The Court entered Final Judgment in this matter on July 16, 2013 (ECF No. 470) and an
Amended Final Judgment on July 22, 2013 (ECF No. 471). Defendants Telefonaktiebolaget LM
Ericsson and Ericsson Inc. (collectively, “Ericsson”) and Sony Mobile Communications AB and
Sony Mobile Communications (USA) Inc. (collectively, “Sony Mobile”) appeal to the United
States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the Court’s interlocutory June 4, 2013,
Order (ECF No. 410): (1) granting Wi-LAN’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (ECF No.
171); (2) denying Ericsson’s Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF Nos. 172 and 276); and
(3) denying Sony Mobile’s Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF Nos. 181 and 276).
