The Court, having considered the Unopposed Motion, GRANTS the Motion for
Disclosure of Certain Materials Under the Protective Order in Wi-LAN Inc. v. Alcatel-Lucent
USA, Inc., Case No. 6:10-CV-521. Wi-LAN maintains its procedural and substantive objections
that were made during the depositions and all procedural and substantive objections that may be
made in the Marshall litigation regarding the potential use of this testimony.
