NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF OPPOSITION
TO JOINT MOTION TO SEAL CERTAIN TRIAL EXHIBITS

Following trial, Movants Wi-LAN, Ericsson, and Sony Mobile filed a motion to seal a
limited number of sensitive trial exhibits. (10-cv-521, Dkt. No. 485; 13-cv-252, Dkt. No. 439.)
Only Alcatel-Lucent and the HTC defendants opposed Movants’ motion, and only in part with
regard to a subset of the exhibits identified by the Motion. By stipulation dated September 17,
2013, and pursuant to the Court’s Order dated September 18, 2013, Alcatel-Lucent withdrew its
opposition to Movants’ Motion. (10-cv-521, Dkt. Nos. 499, 500.) By stipulation dated October
1, 2013, and pursuant to the Court’s Order dated October 2, 2013, HTC withdrew its opposition
to Movants’ Motion. (13-cv-252, Dkt. Nos. 451, 452.)

Accordingly, the Motion is no longer

opposed by any party to this case.
Movants therefore respectfully request that the Court grant the unopposed Motion for the
reasons stated therein.1

Although Alcatel-Lucent and HTC do not oppose Movants’ motion and have withdrawn
their opposition papers, Movants would be happy to respond to the withdrawn opposition should
the Court so desire.
