SONY MOBILE’S NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE COURT’S MEDIATION ORDER
On September 30, 2013, the Court ordered the parties to engage in post-trial mediation.
On October 10, 2013, Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc. and Defendants Sony Mobile Communications AB
and Sony Mobile Communications (USA) Inc. (collectively, “Sony Mobile”) mediated their
dispute with the Hon. Robert Faulkner. Despite the good-faith mediation by Sony Mobile, no
settlement was reached.
