The Court has considered the Joint Motion of Plaintiff Wi-LAN Inc. and Defendants
Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson and Ericsson Inc. (collectively, “Ericsson”) to extend the
mediation date until and including November 22, 2013, and is of the opinion that it should be
GRANTED.
