Mr. Borgman presented Wi-Lan’s Renewed Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law of No Invalidity or Alternatively, Motion for New Trial on Invalidity, Docket #483. Mr. Wynne responded. Court in recess. Hearing resumed. Mr. Sostek presented Defendants’ Motion for Attorney Fees, Docket #475. Court in recess. Hearing resumed. Mr. Sostek continued with his presentation of Motion. Mr. Hill addressed the Court and will need to visit with their client. Mr. Hill asked that the record be sealed. SEALED PROCEEDINGS. Mr. Sostek deferred to Mr. Vacella to address the Court. Court inquired of persons in courtroom if they all were subject to protective order. Unidentified Woman addressed the Court regarding leaving the Courtroom. Unidentified 2:40 pm 2:50 pm 3:05 3:10 pm TIME: 3:35 pm MINUTES: woman left the courtroom. Mr. Vacella, Mr. Parolin, Mr. Sostek, Mr. Hill addressed the Court. PROCEEDINGS UNSEALED. Mr. Hill responded to Defendants’ Motion for Attorney Fees. Mr. Sostek replied. Court addressed the parties and will get a ruling as soon as possible. There being nothing further, Court adjourned.
