Hearing resumed. Mr. Sostek presented Defendants’ Motion for Attorney Fees, Docket #475. Court in recess. Hearing resumed. Mr. Sostek continued with his presentation of Motion. Mr. Hill addressed the Court and will need to visit with their client. Mr. Hill asked that the record be sealed. SEALED PROCEEDINGS. Mr. Sostek deferred to Mr. Vacella to address the Court.
