On June 14, 2011, Plaintiff, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, filed a Motion
Submitting New Evidence (document #4). The document that Plaintiff seeks to proffer is attached
to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint, filed on January 3, 2012. As a result, Plaintiff’s motion is moot.
It is accordingly
ORDERED that the Motion Submitting New Evidence (document #4) is DENIED as moot.
