ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled and numbered civil action was referred to United States Magistrate
Judge John D. Love, who severed and transferred certain claims to the United States District Court
for the Southern District of Texas and issued a Report and Recommendation that Plaintiff’s
remaining claims and action be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) for
failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. No objections thereto having been
timely filed, the Court is of the opinion that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge
