Love, who severed and transferred certain claims to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and issued a Report and Recommendation that Plaintiff’s remaining claims and action be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. No objections thereto having been timely filed, the Court is of the opinion that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge . are correct, and adopts same as the findings and conclusions of the Court. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-entitled and numbered cause of action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
