The Report and Recommendation (Doc. No. 21) recommends that the Commissioner’s Motion to Remand (Doc. No. 20) be granted and that the above-entitled case be reversed and remanded to the Commissioner pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further administrative proceedings. No written objections have been filed. The Court . therefore adopts the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge as those of the Court. In light of the foregoing, it is ORDERED that the Motion to Remand (Doc. No. 20) is GRANTED. The aboveentitled case is REVERSED and REMANDED to the Commissioner pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further administrative proceedings.
