IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS TYLER DIVISION TRACBEAM, L.L.C., Plaintiff, vs. GOOGLE, INC., Defendant. § § § § § § § § § § § CASE NO. 6:13-CV-93 ORDER Before the Court are the following motions: (1) Google’s Motion to Compel (6:13-MC20, Docket No. 1); (2) Google’s Motion to Compel (Docket No. 31); (3) Google’s Motion to Compel (Docket No. 46); (4) TracBeam’s Motion to Compel (Docket No. 47); (5) TracBeam’s Motion to Compel (Docket No. 48); (6) the Agreed Motion to Amend the Docket Control Order (Docket No. 58); and (7) TracBeam’s Motion to Extend Expert Deadlines (Docket No. 70). The Court heard oral argument on July 9, 2013. As stated at the hearing, the Court resolves the motions as follows: Google’s Motion to Compel (6:13-MC-20, Docket No. 1) is DENIED AS MOOT. The parties stated that they had resolved their disputes. Google’s Motion to Compel (Docket No. 31) is DENIED AS MOOT. The parties stated that they had resolved their disputes. Google’s Motion to Compel (Docket No. 46) is DENIED AS MOOT. The parties stated that they had resolved their disputes. TracBeam’s Motions to Compel (Docket Nos. 47 & 48) are GRANTED. Google shall provide the discovery stipulated to at the hearing within 14 days. TracBeam’s infringement and damages reports shall be due 14 days after Google provides the stipulated discovery. The Agreed Motion to Amend the Docket Control Order (Docket No. 58) is GRANTED. TracBeam’s Motion to Extend Expert Deadlines (Docket No. 70) is GRANTED.
