MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER denying without prejudice 83 Joint MOTION to Stay Pending Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,053,845 and 6,261,207 filed by Amazon.Com, Inc., Lowe's Home Centers, LLC, Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc., Target Corporation, Sam's East, Inc. d/b/a Sam's Club, Sam's West, Inc. d/b/a Sam's Club, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Wal-Mart.Com USA, LLC, Wal-Mart Stores East, LP, Amazon.com LLC, Wal-Mart Stores Texas, LLC, Dick's Merchandising & Supply Chain, Inc., Target Brands, Inc., American Sports Licensing, LLC F/K/A American Sports Licensing, Inc. At this time, the relevant factors in this case favor denying a stay, subject to re-urging upon an in stitution decision from the PTAB.
