ORDER Before the Court is Anascape's Motion to Extend Deadline for Fact Discovery. The Court GRANTS the Motion. The Court EXTENDS the deadline to complete fact discovery is to February 27, 2008, for the sole purpose of completing the deposition of Brad Armstrong. All other fact discovery shall be completed by February 22, 2008.
