ORDER Before the Court is Anascape's Unopposed Motion to Extend Deadlines Related to the PSVC Patents, dated February 12, 2008. The Court GRANTS the Motion. The Court
EXTENDS (1) the burden expert report deadlines, (2) the responsive expert report deadlines, (3) the expert discovery deadline, and (4) the dispositive motion deadline related to the '084, '802, '886, and '991 Patents. The Court ORDERS Microsoft and Anascape to submit a proposed amended scheduling order, that sets new deadlines related to the '084, '802, '886, and '991 Patents, to the Court by Friday, February 29, 2008.
