ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO EXCLUDE PORTIONS OF WALTER BRATIC'S OPINIONS AS INADMISSIBLE UNDER FRE 702 This Court, having considered all papers filed in connection with Defendant Microsoft's Motion To Exclude Portions Of Walter Bratic's Opinions As Inadmissible Under FRE 702, hereby GRANTS the motion and ORDERS that the following portions of Mr. Bratic's report are excluded and Mr. Bratic may not testify on these matters at trial: paragraphs 49, 76, 82, 89, 94, 102, 120, 134, 138, and 141; paragraphs 106-134; and Mr. Bratic's calculation of damages on the bundled controllers.
