ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR LEAVE Before the court is Defendants Nintendo of America, Inc. and Microsoft Corp.'s Motion for Leave to File Attachments in Hard Copy [Doc. #266]. Defendants sought leave to file exhibits accompanying the Defendants' Joint Motions in Limine in hard copy due to the voluminous nature of the exhibits. On April 15, 2008, Defendants were able to successfully file these exhibits electronically. See Doc. #270. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Leave to File Attachments in Hard Copy [Doc. #266] is DENIED as moot. So ORDERED and SIGNED this 16 day of April, 2008.
