ORDER ON JOINT MOTION FOR COURT APPROVAL OF JAPANESE INTERPRETERS JARED TAYLOR AND WRAY WADE Based on the Court's consideration of Defendant Nintendo of America Inc. and Plaintiff Anascape, Ltd.'s Joint Motion for Court Approval of Japanese Interpreters Jared Taylor and Wray Wade under Local Rule CV-43, it is the opinion of the Court that the use of the services of Messrs. Taylor and Wade during the trial should be ALLOWED. It is therefore ORDERED that the motion is hereby GRANTED.
