NOTICE OF SUBMISSIONS Anascape, Ltd. ("Anascape") hereby notifies all parties in the above referenced action that: (i) On April 1, 2008, Anascape notified the Court by letter of its withdrawal of certain Plaintiff's Exhibits and of its withdrawal of certain deposition designations. These were submitted to the Court by e-mail through Ms. Chen, and by facsimile and FedEx to the Court. Opposing counsel was copied on the e-mail transmission. (ii) On April 2, 2008, Anascape submitted a letter brief to the Court addressing issues raised during the pre-trial conference relating to the inventor's subjective intent. This letter was submitted to the Court by e-mail through Ms. Chen, and by facsimile and FedEx to the Court. Opposing counsel was copied on the e-mail transmission.
