ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT Before the court is Defendant Microsoft Corporation's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of Noninfringement [Doc. #176]. The parties announced on the record at the final pretrial hearing on May 1, 2008 that Plaintiff Anascape, Ltd. has settled all claims against Microsoft in this case. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Microsoft Corp.'s Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. #176] is DENIED as moot.
