ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE TO FILE BILL OF COSTS Before the court is Defendant Nintendo of America, Inc.'s unopposed motion to extend the deadline to file its bill of costs [Doc. #411]. The court is of the opinion that this motion should be granted. Therefore, Nintendo of America, Inc.'s Unopposed Motion to Extend Deadline to File Bill of Costs [Doc. #411] is hereby GRANTED. It is ORDERED that the deadline for Defendant Nintendo of America, Inc. to file its bill of costs is extended to June 29, 2010.
