MEMORANDUM OPINION on the 68 Motion for Summary Judgment by defendants Hopson, Moore, and Helm. The Motion for Summary Judgement is GRANTED. It is ORDERED that the claims against defendants Hopson, Moore, and Helm are DISMISSED with prejudice, an d these individuals are dismissed as parties to this suit.
