Plaintiff, Anthony Leon Summers, a prisoner formerly confined at the Gib Lewis Unit
with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Correctional Institutions Division, proceeding
pro se, filed a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
