Order. The Court finds that Plaintiff's objections should be overruled in all things, and the Court accepts and adopts the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the Magistrate Judge. It is ORDERED that Plaintiff's complaint and all claims alleged therein are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as frivolous. Any pending motions are DENIED.
