Opinion and Order of Dismissal Under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915A & 1915(e)(2)(B). It is ORDERED that all Plaintiff's claims, except his claim seeking to overturn the disciplinary case and have his good time credit reinstated, are DISMISSED WI TH PREJUDICE pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1915a(B)(1) AND 28 U.S.C. §1915 (e)(2)(B)(ii). It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's claim seeking to overturn the disciplinary case and have his good time credit reinstated is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE to being asserted again until the Heck v.
