REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION The Court grants 74 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed by Amber Biziko, to the extent she seeks to find Defendants Habitat and LIGHT are joint employers under the facts presented, including accepting the vol unteer arrangements for purposes of summary judgment; (2) otherwise DENY that motion; and (3) DENY Defendants 75 Motion for Summary Judgment, filed by Loving Individuals Generating Healing Today, Michelle Van Horne, Steven Van Horne, A Habi tat for Learning. The Court is directed to reassign this case to Senior United States District Judge Sam R.
