ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION of the United States Magistrate Judge. The Court has examined the record and reviewed the FCR for plain error. Finding none, the Court accepts and adopts the FCR Dkt. No. 37 ). Plaintiff's Motion for Attorney Fees Pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (Dkt. Judge Parker independently determined that both the agreed upon hourly rate and the number ofhours worked were rcasonable. Id. Where no specific objections are filed within fourteen days, the Court reviews the Magistrate Judge's findings, conclusions, and recommendation only for plain Douglass v. United Sens. Auto.
