ORDER OF DISMISSAL AND SANCTION ADOPTING 11 Report and Recommendation. Ordered that the Civil Rights Complaint by pltf is dismissed with prejudice as malicious and as frivolous. This dismissal shall be counted as a "strike for purposes of Ti tle 28, USC, section 1915(g). Ordered in light of this violation of Rul3 11(b) FRCP, a monetary sanction of $15.00 is assessed, to be satisfied from pltf's inmate trust account or institutional equivalent.
