MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court GRANTS Allstate's Motion for Summary Judgment in its entirety. ECF No. 33. Defendant's Motion to Stay is DENIED. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2201, the Court DECLARES Allstate has no duty to defend or to indemnify Mccasland or to pay any policy proceeds to Ms. Russell for any damages she might be awarded in the underlying lawsuit.
