NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE PLAYERS ASSOCIATION, et al., Defendant. § § § § § § § § § § CIVIL ACTION NO. 3:06-CV-2332-B ECF ORDER Before the Court is Plaintiff Steve Weinberg's Expedited Agreed Motion to Extend Deadline (doc. 15), Plaintiff Steve Weinberg's Expedited Agreed Motion to Extend Deadline to File Response (doc. 16), and NFLPA Defendants' Agreed Motion for Extension of Time (doc. 18). Having reviewed the motions, the Court hereby GRANTS the motions. However, the Court instructs the parties that they are expected to diligently pursue the timely disposition of this case, and the Court will not allow future extensions without sufficient reason. It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff must file his Motion to Remand and Response to the NFLPA Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Dismiss Petition by January 31, 2007. Plaintiff must file his response to Defendant Roger P. Kaplan's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction by February 1, 2007. Defendants National Football League Players Association, Richard Berthelsen, Gene Upshaw, Tom DePaso, Trace Armstrong, Keith Washinton, John Collins, and Mark Levin must file their response to Plaintiff's Motion to Remand by March 6, 2007 and must file their reply to Plaintiff's Opposition to Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Dismiss the Petition by March 1, 2007.
