Boyle Courtroom 1306, Thirteenth Floor United States Courthouse 1100 Commerce Street Dallas, Texas 75242 Lead Counsel for both parties must attend. At least two days prior to the conference, counsel are directed confirm with the court and with each other that they know of the setting. Additionally, in advance of the hearing, parties must confer about the time limits for their presentations and on what evidence they will present, if any. No exhibits, demonstrative or otherwise, will be considered by the Court if the opposing party has not received a copy prior to the hearing.
