PLAINTIFF'S NOTICE OF APPEAL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff, Steve Weinberg, hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from the Order entered on June 14, 2007 on Plaintiff's Motion to Remand. Plaintiff also appeals from the Orders entered on June 14, 2007 and June 19, 2007 on Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Dismiss the Petition. On June 14, 2007, the District Court held a hearing on the motion, heard oral argument by the parties and granted Defendants' Motion. The District Court entered its Memorandum Order on Defendants' Motion on June 19, 2007. This motion is filed for protective purposes, as Plaintiff intends to file a motion for reconsideration with the District Court on Defendants' Motion.
