P. 26(f) conference and submission of a scheduling proposal is granted to the extent that the deadline is reset March 4, 2008. The motion is otherwise denied. Rule 16(b)(2) provides that "[t]he judge must issue the scheduling order as soon as practicable, but in any event within the earlier of 120 days after any defendant has been served with the complaint or 90 days after any defendant has appeared."
