Defendant requests that the Initial Disclosures be delayed pending completion of jurisdictional discovery and pending the Court's ruling on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. After jurisdictional discovery closes and after the Court rules on the Motion to Dismiss, Defendant will promptly serve its Rule 26(a)(1) Initial Disclosures, if necessary.
