P. 11 concerning the maintenance of this lawsuit against Virgin Mobile USA the part ies have agreed to allow limited discovery and extend the time for which Virgin Mobile USA must answer or otherwise plead in response to Plaint iffs' Pet ition herein. 2. Plaint iffs shall have unt il November 9, 2007 to serve written interrogatories on Virgin Mobile USA concerning its activit ies with respect to Plaint iffs' 1 Plaintiff named as defendant Virgin Mobile USA, LLC. On October 11, 2007, Virgin Mobile USA, LLC merged into a new entity known as Virgin Mobile USA, L.P. STIPULATION OF PLAINTIFFS AND DEFENDANT VIRGIN MOBILE USA, L.P. Dockets.Justia.com claims and the nature of its relat ionship with Virgin Mobile Pt y Ltd., which discovery shall be answered by November 23, 2007. 3.
