("Minekey") asserts the following defenses to Plaintiff's Amended Complaint ("Amended Complaint"), filed July 2, 2008, as follows: FIRST DEFENSE The court lacks personal jurisdiction over Minekey. SECOND DEFENSE Plaint iff has failed to state a claim for which relief can be granted. Subject to the aforementioned defenses, Minekey answers the Amended Complaint as follows: 1. 2.
