Magistrate Judge are correct and they are accepted as the Findings and Conclusions of the Court.
Defendant Carl Gerald Dorvil’s Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim Upon Which
Relief Can Be Granted, filed March 5, 2015 (doc. 94), is GRANTED. By separate judgment, all of
the plaintiff’s claims against Carl Gerald Dorvil will be DISMISSED with prejudice.
