Findings and Conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and they are accepted as the Findings
and Conclusions of the Court. Plaintiff’s Civil Complaint and Lawsuit (doc. 24) and Clarification and
Written Opinion and Motion to Amend the Judgment (doc. 25) are DENIED.
