2014, the Court finds that the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge
are correct and they are accepted as the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the Court.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion To Remand is DENIED.
