reviewed the proposed Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation for plain error.
Finding none, the Court accepts the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the
United States Magistrate Judge.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Extend Health, Inc.’s Motion
to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, for Other Discovery Sanctions [ECF No. 50] is
GRANTED.
Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment [ECF No. 63] is hereby
DENIED.
