CIVIL ACTION NO.
3:14-CV-2276-G (BN)
ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND
RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
The United States Magistrate Judge made findings, conclusions, and a
recommendation in this case. No objections were filed. The district court reviewed
the proposed findings, conclusions, and recommendation for plain error. Finding
none, the court ACCEPTS the findings, conclusions, and recommendation of the
United States Magistrate Judge.
Accordingly, plaintiff’s complaint is DISMISSED with prejudice pursuant to
28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i) as frivolous.
Because this case is subject to summary dismissal, the filing fee is waived in
order to conserve scarce judicial resources that would be required to obtain the filing
fee or a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis from plaintiff.
SO ORDERED.
July 21, 2014.
