In addition, the Clerk of the Court is directed to add the alias James E. Nobles to the docket sheet in this case and Case Nos. 3:11-CV-02241-B, 3:11-CV-2242-B, and 3:11-CV-2244-N. ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION
OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
The United States Magistrate Judge made Findings, Conclusions, and a Recommendation
in this case. No objections were filed. The District Court reviewed the proposed findings,
conclusions and recommendation for plain error. Finding none, the Court ACCEPTS the Findings,
Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis is
DENIED, and that this case is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to comply with the
